In the N18 locale, we played a pivotal role as structural engineers in a multifaceted project that involved a rear and side ground floor extension along with a loft conversion. Beyond our typical realm of providing meticulous structural drawings and in-depth calculations, our expertise was further leveraged to assist the client in obtaining building control approval. Moreover, recognizing the complexities associated with water utilities in urban settings, we undertook the responsibility of preparing and submitting Thames Water applications and associated drawings.
